Leadership Training 
Not only will you grow in your capacity as leader, but you will get to go through a one year study of the Bible and how it relates to you! 
There isn't just some hard work to do, we are giving you authority to lead  within your God-given calling. 
-Weekly leadership and spiritual development
-Team building and leading opportunities
​-Growing in your spiritual gifting through leadership and hands on ministry. 

Commitment and Expectations 

  • The Island Church internship is a year long commitment and is from June 1st, 2020- June 2021.  
  • This internship is for accepted applicants 18-25 years old. 
  • Applicants must be mature in faith, have a great attitude, and be willing to serve the local church in any capacity. 
  • Interns must have housing set up, or a plan to live stably and approved of while interning at the Island Church. 
  • Part-time jobs are allowed outside of the internship, but must not conflict with the internship itself.
